Incredable coffee

Jamaican blue mountain is in my opinion the best coffee in the world and this product reliably copies that taste into k-cups. I was not overwhelmed by emails or texts from company, merely an email when order was received, another when order was dispatched (really dispatched, not I've printed the label but not given the product to the delivery company yet, dispatched) and a final one when delivered. Perfect product and respectful company in the way they do business.

Awful

I was so hoping to like this coffee. After reading all the raving reviews, I thought this would be my new go-to coffee. I am so dissappointed. The coffee is dark roasted, not medium, it tastes sour/bitter. I don't get the smoothness, the fruity or other flavors people talked about. I don't understand all the 5 star reviews. I even tried opening the k-cups up and putting the grounds in a filtered pour over set, in a perculator, a french press - everything. I also tried adding milk and sweeteners and different flavors. Nothing helped this coffee. I am so sorry I bought into all the hype.
