Awful

I was so hoping to like this coffee. After reading all the raving reviews, I thought this would be my new go-to coffee. I am so dissappointed. The coffee is dark roasted, not medium, it tastes sour/bitter. I don't get the smoothness, the fruity or other flavors people talked about. I don't understand all the 5 star reviews. I even tried opening the k-cups up and putting the grounds in a filtered pour over set, in a perculator, a french press - everything. I also tried adding milk and sweeteners and different flavors. Nothing helped this coffee. I am so sorry I bought into all the hype.
